Why verify the NRIC (National Registration Identity Card) at checkout?
National and state ID cards let shoppers who don't hold a passport or driver's license still verify their identity and age at checkout.
Accepting ID cards widens the pool of customers who can complete verification, reducing abandoned orders on age-restricted products.
